A beautiful PNW nature inspired wedding at Evergreen Meadows felt like it was taken out of the pages of a storybook. And, as a Pacific Northwest wedding photographer, I was obsessed with every moment! Catherine and Hunter love spending as much time as they can in the outdoors – hiking and traveling together. These two wanted to share their love of Washington and the Pacific Northwest with their family and friends. And they chose the perfect venue to showcase what they love about the area.
Catherine and Hunter fell in love with the fairytale forest feel of Evergreen Meadows. Located in Snoqualmie, Washington, the venue is surrounded by trees and filled with picture perfect details. It was ideal for this wonderful couple – from the beautiful gardens, pond, and tree lined trails, to the twinkle lights throughout and amazing fire pit for s’mores. The wedding and reception space was filled with colorful flowers, delicious food and desserts, and loving family and friends.
I first met Catherine and Hunter on Mount Baker early in the summer for their adventure engagement session. The couple and I were treated to gorgeous afternoon on the mountain, with golden light and crisp early summer weather. I enjoyed every minute with the sweet couple and knew their wedding would be a wonderful celebration of their love and full of meaningful details. And it absolutely was! Their ceremony was romantic and heartfelt, the reception was full of music, dancing, and laughter, and the couple showed their love for each other throughout the beautiful day. I know this couple will have a happy future together.
