I love the wide variety and visual interest we got from this senior session in Madison Park for a Ballard High School Senior. Last summer, I photographed Audrey’s older brother, and was so excited to hear from her mom to schedule this photoshoot. Audrey had a vision of old brick buildings, flowers, and water. It was clear that she wanted a distinctly Seattle look that would also be unique. She mentioned the possibility of the Madison Park area, and I was sold! It’s fun to work with seniors to figure out the perfect photoshoot location to fit their vision.

We met up at Madison Park Beach and walked to the old brick apartment buildings from there. It was easy to plan a giant loop around the area to get a ton of amazing backgrounds in her images. The weather was gorgeous and the session was timed just right for some beautiful flowering trees that line the streets. We finished up with a short family session at the beach. I had a great time with Audrey and her family!
