“Baby it’s cold outside” was the sweetest theme for this cozy Seattle baby shower for friends. Held at the Charlotte Restaurant in Seattle, the event was filled with stylish and sophisticated details. From a high floor of the Lotte Hotel, the cozy room showed off beautiful views of the city and water. Holiday lights on the trees, candlelight on the tables, afternoon sunshine, and joyful friends added to the warm glow in the room. It was an ideal location for an intimate and elegant gathering.

Festive decor

The decor for this winter baby shower was nothing short of spectacular. The length of the dining table was set with white votive and taper candles, white roses in clear bud vases, and baby’s breath. Menus displayed delicious lunch choices. A marble topped bar held drinks and custom decorated cookies in the shape of snowflakes, snow globes, baby rompers, Christmas trees, and snowmen. Gifts were laid on tables between two cream colored sofas beneath a wall full of beautiful mirrors in various shapes. Mini trees on side tables, wreaths on the walls, and a lighted Christmas tree added to the winter holiday spirit.

Joy, love, and laughter

Guests and the mamas-to-be enjoyed beautifully prepared food, dessert, games, gifts, and each others company. The private room was filled with the love and laughter of friends. It was a special gathering spent celebrating the joy of new life and it was such an honor to be invited to capture images of it to treasure forever.
