Cati’s senior portraits at a Snohomish flower farm with an added family session, were absolutely stunning! Scattered Seeds was the perfect location for this fun family and their two dogs. And not only did they all arrive with amazing looks, they were the most fun family to work with. Full of energy, great interactions with each other, easy to work with, and just the nicest people!
Starting with Family Photos
Because they had their two dogs, we decided to do family photos at the start of the session. Sometimes, I mix family pictures in as we go along to different areas. Other times, families plan to show up at the end of a session. And sometimes, it works best to start right off with the whole family. I like to discuss with the senior and their parents the best plan for their group.
Senior Photo Shoot Time
After we finished with the whole family, we rolled right into an amazing photo shoot with Cati. She came with two beautiful looks. The first was a rust colored pleated dress that I am in love with. It was absolutely gorgeous! Dresses with movement are at the top of my favorites list. She also wore a pretty pink dress that was beautiful with her coloring. Cati also brought along a Greek floral wreath to wear with her dresses. It’s always a great idea to bring meaningful props and accessories to your senior session. They can add a lot to a look
Additional Home Session With a Harp
This senior also scheduled an additional short session at her home so that I could photograph her with her harp. Because it is such a heavy instrument, we couldn’t include it in the flower farm photo shoot. It was an amazing addition to Cati’s final gallery!
